I am an IT Consultant
and Web Developer
My focus over the last 16 years has been computer repair, network administration, web design/development, programming, and database management. I have focused in HTML, PHP, C++, Objective-C, and Java languages. I have set up small-medium sized networks, and have no reservations about moving to large scale networks. I have earned my Associates of Arts in Information Technology, focused in Network Administration from University of Phoenix.
In my current position, I run the IT department for a small hospital. I focus in database management, working with MSSQL, MySQL, and Access databases, as well systems and network administration. I handle the information security, managing over 40 virtual private network connections. I have developed web based programs to interface with the critical elements of an Electronics Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer, as well as a fully featured purchasing system.

Graphic design, including logos, print layout, web layout, and user interface design is something I am passionate about. It is a step away from the norm of IT work, but it provides a refreshing change of pace and allows me to continue to grow my skills.
